Commission - Fargus and Ace

Super fun digital commission for Fargus

Now this was cool to do! He wanted a scene with both his character Fargus & Ace Hardlight on Vaelidius! Fargus is usually a lombax though, right? Well he wanted me to design him a verpardi character. I created him being a Mountain Verpardi, because I thought it suited him and he's the first Mountain verpi character I've ever drawn properly. His outfit is a cross between his lombax clothes & traditional Vaelidian armour to suit his much larger bodysize. He's just a bit bigger than Jake Jetspeed. Fargus is also a medic, hence the nanotech/med stuff he's carrying, but he does have a weapon too.
No idea what they're up to here, maybe going off on some mission? XD Ace looks ready to take down some bad guys in the neighborhood anyhow!

So yeah. Hot damn, this was a big one. I streamed the entire progress of this too, during several sessions - and I forgot how many hours, but it was a lot XD
While I did do the background & all from scratch, I DID reference some of the city from this commission (from looking at it up on my wall, lol!) I got a few years ago, because I never really designed much of the Vaelidian cities. And I also don't do too well with city/artificial backgrounds, but I wanted to have a go at it anyway. Out of my comfort zone lineless painting also scares me. But I think the result is pretty alright, considering I don't do it too often! It wasn't meant to be super detailed anyways.

I guess he liked the commish anyways always love it when I can draw some verpi stuffs!!! amazed this isn't the first time I've been commissioned to draw something with Ace involved too!

Just a few commissions left to do for this month, w00t!
